At Mummum Treats, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering our snacks. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy for health and safety reasons.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:

1. The product delivered is damaged.

2. The product is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
   
   

Conditions for Eligibility

• You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of issue (photo/video) must be emailed to us at contact@mummumtreats.com.
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially consumed products.

• Products not stored as per instructions after delivery.

• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  
  

Refund Policy

• Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

• You will be notified by email/SMS once the refund has been initiated.
  
  

Replacement Policy

• If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the new product at no additional cost after your request is approved.

• Replacement depends on product availability.
  
  

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

• To cancel, please email contact@mummumtreats.com with your order ID as soon as possible.
